How to Get to Shibuya Parco

Roughly a 6-7 minute walk from the Shibuya Station Hachiko Exit.
1. Take the Hachiko Exit
Step out of the Hachiko Exit and face the big Shibuya Scramble Crossing.
2. Cross the Scramble
Walk straight across toward the TSUTAYA/Starbucks side.
3. Head toward Center‑Gai
Once across, turn slightly left and enter the Center‑Gai street (the one with lots of shops and signs).
4. Walk straight through
Continue straight for about 3 minutes until you reach a big intersection with Shibuya Parco visible up the hill.
5. Go up the hill
Turn right and walk uphill for 2–3 minutes.
The Shibuya Parco mall will be on your left. It will be a large modern white building with large glass windows.
Shibuya Parco is a multileveled mall with its own restaurants and cafes located indoors so it’s a perfect spot to visit for any length of time when you want to beat the hot, cold, or rainy weather.
Cyberspace Shibuya (6F)



This floor is the main otaku nerd area of the mall and is the one floor that opens the earliest. It opens at 10:00 am instead of 11:00 am like the rest of the mall. This is to accommodate crowd flow especially when the likes of the Nintendo Store or Pokémon Center have new special releases or during holiday seasons. There is a special outdoor stairwell that leads directly to the side of the Nintendo Store along with elevators and escalators within the mall to access the 6th floor. Currently the floor consists of 9 store spots one of which is a pop up store space while the other is a pop up themed cafe space.
Pokémon Center Shibuya

The Pokémon Center Shibuya stands out from other locations with its edgy, modern aesthetic, exclusive interactive features, and unique streetwear-inspired merchandise. Specifically the Pokémon Design Lab and other exclusive streetwear and graffiti artwork and merchandise are unique to this location.

Nintendo Tokyo Store

Nintendo Tokyo is Nintendo‘s first directly managed official shop in Japan. In addition to selling game consoles, software, and character merchandise, the store host events and hands-on gaming sessions.

Jump Shop

The Jump Shop is an official Shueisha-authorized store packed with merchandise featuring original artwork from popular series currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump, such as One Piece and My Hero Academia.

Capcom Store Tokyo

The Capcom Store Tokyo is a flagship store featuring merchandise based on popular Capcom franchises such as Monster Hunter, Resident Evil (Biohazard), and Ace Attorney. With a steady stream of exclusive items available only here, every visit offers the chance to discover something new.

THE★JOJO WORLD

THE★JOJO WORLD is the world’s first official interactive shop dedicated to JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. It offers a comprehensive experience of the JoJo universe, featuring not only store-exclusive merchandise but also attractions, mini-games, and a collaboration menu.
SEGA Store Tokyo

The SEGA Store Tokyo features merchandise of iconic game characters from SEGA and ATLUS. Through their innovative and captivating characters, they aim to create a space where visitors can experience surprise, inspiration, and a sense of connection.
Godzilla Store Shibuya

The Godzilla Store Shibuya features the country’s first standing statue of Burning Godzilla, offering a dynamic display where the monster appears to be ablaze in red. The store also hosts the “Godzilla the Art” exhibition and sells figures available exclusively at the event. With items like apparel available in Shibuya ahead of other locations, there are plenty of unique attractions to enjoy.
The Guest Cafe by Parco (Popup Theme Cafe Space)
The Guest by Parco is a collaboration café operated by Parco. By featuring a variety of content as a “guest,” the café offers a unique experience where customers can encounter that content in a special way—creating memorable moments that stimulate the senses through carefully crafted, authentic menus, as well as venue-exclusive original merchandise and novelty items.

SEGA Universe

The SEGA Universe Popup Store is a limited-time shop at Shibuya Parco as part of the “SEGA Universe” project, which showcases the renewed appeal of classic titles.

Kojima Productions Strand Store

Centered on the concept of “Strand” (meaning “connection”), this store builds upon the legacy of the Death Stranding series events previously hosted by Parco Games and Kojima Products. The store features collaborations with over 15 brands, exclusive event merchandise, and new Kojima Productions products.
Other Facilities




Baby facilities are located on the 5th floor next to the restrooms. There is a full baby room with multiple diaper changing beds complete with trash bins, two private nursing rooms, two sinks, and a hot water dispenser for formula. There’s also a vending machine by the entrance with juice boxes for little ones easily accessible without fully entering the baby room. It is a very well cleaned area and out of the way of the main mall and stores so it is also much quieter.
