We lucked into a surprise restock of the Pokémon 30th Anniversary Metal Charm Mascots ~Alola, Galar, Paldea~ version. There was just one machine that admittedly looked a bit beat up and the flyer was definitely printed lower quality but the contents were the real capsule toys. Sometimes you can get super lucky and find older gashapon even in stores featuring the newest ones. Shipments can get delayed or misplaced and you never know what gacha areas might have. So it’s always a good idea to take a look at gashapon machines or areas if you’re on the hunt for something as you really never know what you may find.
This Pokémon 30th anniversary gacha series has been super popular since the release of the first series featuring Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn legendaries. It’s rare to see them especially here in the city so it was a really exciting find. This set featured 7 types including Solgaleo, Lunala, Necrozma, Zacian, Zamazenta, Koraidon, and Miraidon.
My Gacha Luck
The metal charms are quite weighty and definitely felt like a great deal for just 300 yen each. It’s no wonder all the other times it was released it was sold out because it’s a great Pokémon 30th anniversary gacha to pull from. If you have fond memories of these legendaries or the games they come from I definitely recommend giving this gashapon a shot if you still happen to run into it in the wild!
