How to Get to Ikebukuro Parco

Located just outside the Ikebukuro Station East Exit.
- Follow the signs in the station for the East Exit.
- Exit through the East Exit North if possible as this is the most direct spot.
- The Ikebukuro Parco main entrance is right outside and connected to the train station.
Alternatively there is an entrance within the station to the B1F of the mall however it can be a bit confusing to locate especially when the station is busy so we recommend the directions outside for a first time visit.
Ikebukuro Parco is a multileveled mall with its own restaurants and cafes located indoors so it’s a perfect spot to visit for any length of time when you want to beat the hot, cold, or rainy weather. There’s also another smaller P’Parco Mall just around the corner.
Pop Culture Base (B2F)

There are actually two otaku centered floors in the main Ikebukuro Parco mall. The P’Parco also has a lot of otaku centered stores as well but for now this guide will focus solely on the main Parco mall. There are escalators and elevators down to this floor and if you access the mall from B1F it’s really easy to get down to this area. Currently the floor consists of 8 store spots one of which is a pop up store space. The map has since been updated when I visited to look forward to updates.
Chiikawa Land

The Chiikawa Land store is the best place to grab exclusive Chiikawa merch. It is very easy to access compared to the Chiikawa Park which requires admission and is a lot more limited in hours and openings.
